For those new to the hobby, the sheer amount of information available can sometimes be overwhelming - there are often so many variations on a single recipe or process that you might feel intimidated, or that your technique is somehow "wrong." Our hope is that by sharing our entire small-batch brewing guide and recipe book with you, we'll inspire a few fellow beer lovers to be curious - to experiment, taste, and to try something new.
