Putting (Hop)Box Homebrew Kits into Production – Box Brew Kits

Putting (Hop)Box Homebrew Kits into Production

If you told me during college--back in 2007--I'd some day be at the helm of a successful Kickstarter campaign aimed at launching a handmade homebrewing kit company, I'd say, "What the hell is a Kickstarter campaign and how do you know that?"

And after you explained the idea behind Kickstarter and how you knew my fortune because you've achieved time travel, I'd be really excited. I've always loved homebrewing and had an entrepreneurial spirit, so the alignment of those two things would be a dream.

At almost 300% of our original $45,000 funding goal, my team and I couldn't have asked for a more successful campaign. As of May 27, we've got three days left, and about $15,000 until we reach our third and final stretch goal of $150,000, which means more rewards for our backers.

As things come to a close, we thought we'd share a sneak peek into the production of our handmade homebrewing kits. With more than 600 backers and everything being handmade, we're already working hard to fulfill those orders.

A Sneak Peek into the Manufacturing Process

The funds from our Kickstarter are going to help us move out of this small space, and into something not only big enough for supporting our growth, but also for hosting our customers for things like homebrew tastings and other gatherings.
