Beyond the Pale Ale w/ Mosaic - One Gallon Recipe Pack

I bought The Taster as a gift for my boyfriend for his birthday. He absolutely loved the gift, we already made the Citra IPA as well as the American Amber Ale (which were great) in these last months, and are soon to start with Beyond the Pale Ale. We are no experts at all, but think the recipes are so easy to follow and the beer tastes great! The package came in 1 piece with everything in place. We are completely satisfied with the products and look forward to ordering more!

If you love Mosaic, then this pack is for you!! Great flavor with plenty of citrus!

This is my second kit, so I knew a little more with what to expect. I found the instructions clear and easy to follow. I've just completed the fermentation and bottling. This time I stirred the carbonating sugar before bottling. In my first batch I just added the sugar and discovered when I went to drink it, that it was laying undissolved at the bottom of the bottle. Hence minimal foaming. Now to wait a week to drink and see if the stirring helped.

My husband and I love citrusy IPAs, and even though this was a Pale Ale, it's right up there with some of the New England IPAs we've had. Mosaic and Citra hops are awesome. Great recipe.
