Brewed a double batch. Came out great, will definitely make again. You get a nice hint of the whiskey and vanilla on the back end of the sip, also has a "chocolatey" component in there that is perfect for the cool weather. If you have never brewed beer with all grain, you HAVE to try it!!!!!

First, the recipe was great. Instructions were clear and the beer came out tasting really good. At first I thought the bourbon was included too, but after re-reading the site it says that it's not there. That's okay. My fault. Anyways, this thing came out higher than the 7.6% predicted at 8%!!! So delicious though.
